Malik Izaak Taylor, better known by his stage name Phife Dawg, was an American rapper and a member of the group A Tribe Called Quest. Phife died on March 22nd, 2016 of complications resulting from diabetes. Our goal is to spread awareness and educate our community on diabetes management and resources available.
