BarCentennial – NOVEMBER 13, 2017

FREE Flu Shots + Bartender Competition + Wellness for Service and Cultural Industry Workers

Rising sick days are threatening musicians and bartenders’ pockets and lives. To promote wellness in our community, the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic and Assistance Foundation and The Barman’s Fund New Orleans are hosting the inaugural Barcentenial Flu Shot Drive & Bartender Competition in the heart of the Frenchmen St. music district. Blue Nile will host the annual wellness fair and event, free and open to all who work in New Orleans’ thriving cultural and hospitality industries.

Partnered with participating liquor brands, nominated bartenders will battle it out in front of local celebrity judges (Nicholas Payton and B.E. Mintz) for a chance to win one of two titles: the all-out competition or the crowd favorite. Prizes will be awarded for each!
