Comprised of 22 non-profit and governmental organizations in the Greater New Orleans area, whose membership is open to those who provide primary care or behavioral health services in a community setting irrespective of the client’s ability to pay, with a special focus on low-income, uninsured populations.

Provides a broad spectrum of social, health, employment, and housing programs that address the critical needs of entertainment industry professionals.

 

 

American Diabetes AssociationAmerican Diabetes Association

Leads the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and funds research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes. The NOMC collaborates with the American Diabetes Association, organizing regular community events and participating yearly in the ADA Diabetes Walk.

The local musicians union provides assistance to New Orleans musicians such as affordable equipment insurance, AFM employer pension plan, and contract planning among a myriad of other services.

 

 

 

Ashe Ashé Cultural Arts Center

Uses art and culture to support and provide opportunities for art presentations, community development, artist support, and the creation of partnerships that amplify outreach and support efforts.

Conducts ministries in the Greater New Orleans area by educating congregation members to implement wellness ministries within their congregations and the communities they serve; and assists in sustaining these ministries by providing continuing education, congregational assessments, and a host of other program services

The mission of the Brett Thomas Doussan Foundation Nonprofit Corporation is to raise mental health awareness by means of advocacy, education, and music. Through our endeavors in the Greater New Orleans area and across the Gulf South, we hope to keep the legacy of our beloved friend, Brett Thomas Doussan, alive in the community that fostered his deep passion and appreciation for music. All funds donated to NOMAF from The Brett Thomas Doussan Foundation are allocated towards Mental Health.

 

 

Chef Anne B. Churchill Catering & Morechef anne

Chef Anne Churchill, a native of Alabama, grew up in Taipei, Taiwan before settling in New Orleans, her spiritual heartland, for college.  Her unique culinary style has earned her a bronze medal in the National Restaurant Association’s Regional culinary competition in Chicago,  as well as a varied musician client list including the Dave Matthews Band and the Glee LIVE tour. Chef Anne works with the NOMC as a culinary consultant in addition to her catering work and more.

 

 

Crescent Care CrescentCare

Provides quality care to individuals, couples and families that seek a “medical home” where they can consistently go for care. They are particularly focused on our Greater New Orleans neighbors who come from underserved communities: the service industry, the LGBT community and slowly developing neighborhoods.

 

 

Crescent City Classic 10K

The Classic is New Orleans’ (and the region’s) premier 10k road race, and one of the oldest 10k races in the nation. For 37 years, it has combined world class competition, amateur participation and great fun for all participants.

Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center

The Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center (GNOFHAC) is a nonprofit civil rights organization established in 1995 to eradicate housing discrimination. GNOFHAC’s work throughout Louisiana includes education, investigation and enforcement activities. GNOFHAC is dedicated to fighting housing discrimination because it is an illegal and divisive force that perpetuates, ignorance, fear and hatred.

Provides statewide coordination of existing tobacco control initiatives, funding for innovative community programming for tobacco control, a statewide media campaign, administration of a state hospital system cessation program, and monitoring and evaluation of program impacts and outcomes.
