Learn how diet affects your performance, and how certain nutritional food can be FUEL for your body at our weekly, hands-on cooking classes.
Aimed at dancers, musicians and performers, classes will focus on nutritious recipes for the athlete and how to prepare them. Come regularly to learn new skills, try new ingredients and build on concepts each week.
Classes take place at The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine (300 N Broad St, inside Whole Foods) each Tuesday evening from 5:30-7:30 PM.
