The Functional Motion series workshops are designed by performance healthcare professionals from the Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine to help your alignment, strengthen your dancing muscles and improve coordination. Come monthly to check in for new material and build on concepts needed to prevent injuries and keep you dancing.
Each workshop will start by explanation and demonstration of correct technique followed by a short workout and will finish with a tutorial of how and when to incorporate into your performing life. No pre-registration necessary, just show up!
Please wear comfortable clothing! Refreshments will also be provided.
