NOMAF’s You Got This mental health outreach program presents an evening of performers sharing stories celebrating mental health resources for cultural workers of New Orleans.

Join a community of creatives helping creatives for I WILL SURVIVE: Performers Sharing Their Survival Stories on the 13th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina – and the launch of the YOU GOT THIS mental health outreach program and resource!
Featuring live music, healing ear acupuncture and yummy tacos all in the name of promoting optimal mental health self-care and increased access to trusted self-care resources that are confidential, supportive and clinically effective.
You Got This provides mental health self-care activities to foster hope and social connection for New Orleans’ creative community through healing events. We invite all to come and share in a night of compassion, creativity and community on the 13th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
